Users are the key to challenge
It was challenging to innovate a solution that’s self-explanatory, but it was fun taking on the challenge by understanding, learning, and testing from users.
System creates unityLearning from Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and design resources, the redesigned Notes was able to be presented seamlessly as an Apple product, because the new components adapted the existing UI and interaction patterns.
Problem-solving never ends
Redesigning a commonly used product isn’t easy, but the journey of non-stop empathizing with user experience will define the problems, and it’s a core mindset to have as a product designer.
